• DO call Day Surgery between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at (907)729-1150 to confirm your check-in time.
• DO give us a working phone number so that we can inform you of any changes in the schedule.
• DO check-in with your photo ID at the Admitting Office in the lobby of the 1st floor main hospital to pre-register for your surgery.
