Alaska Native Medical Center

ENT Careers

Alaska Native Medical Center is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join eight other members on our team. A combination of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, telemedicine consults and occasional field trips are part of the physicians’ schedules. ANMC is an award winning, 150-bed tertiary referral center that provides comprehensive medical services to more than 145,000 Alaska Native and American Indian people from around the state. The unique population and culture make this a one-of-a kind practice. ANMC is located in Anchorage, a family-friendly city of 300,000 set in scenic southcentral Alaska. Anchorage combines a thriving cultural and urban sophistication with access to some of Alaska’s greatest outdoor attractions. Our campus is connected to a trail system that runs for more than 250 miles.

The ideal candidate for this collegial practice has strong communication skills, is hard working, and enjoys the camaraderie of a team. The physician must be Board Certified or eligible. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, and productivity based bonuses; Alaska does not have a state Income tax and there is no sales tax in the Municipality of Anchorage. The successful applicant will become an employee of the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium. Our compensation package includes a Federal Education Loan Repayment guarantee and Federal tort malpractice coverage. Health insurance consists of medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans (short and long-term). Additional benefits include an Employer-funded retirement plan, additional tax deferred plans, paid vacation and holiday leave, CME, and a relocation allowance.
